Terms of Service

Effective 21 June 2026

1. Acceptance

By accessing Campus OS you agree to these Terms and the Master Service Agreement executed with your institution. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Definitions

"Customer" is the institution that subscribes. "Authorised User" is any administrator, teacher, student or parent invited by the Customer. "Customer Data" is personal data the Customer uploads.

3. Use of the service

The service is for lawful educational administration. You may not (a) reverse-engineer, (b) use the service to send unlawful communications, (c) attempt to circumvent tenant isolation or rate limits, or (d) upload malicious content.

4. Acceptable use

Campus OS may suspend access on reasonable notice if it detects abuse, security risks or non-payment beyond cure periods stated in the Order Form.

5. Customer Data

The Customer retains all rights in Customer Data. Campus OS processes it solely to deliver the service, per the Data Processing Addendum.

6. Confidentiality

Each party will protect the other's confidential information with no less than reasonable care and use it only to perform under these Terms.

7. Service levels

Campus OS targets 99.9% monthly uptime for paid plans. Service credits, where offered, are described in the Order Form.

8. Warranties & disclaimer

Campus OS warrants the service will materially conform to its published documentation. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS".

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, each party's aggregate liability is capped at the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses.

10. Term & termination

The Terms apply for the subscription term. Either party may terminate for uncured material breach on 30 days' notice. On termination, Campus OS provides a self-serve export window of 30 days.

11. Governing law

Governing law and venue are stated in the Order Form. Where the Customer is in the UK, EU, Australia, Canada, India, the Philippines, Singapore, the UAE, New Zealand or South Africa, local mandatory consumer or data protection law continues to apply.
